The staff was all fairly friendly. Stunning and amazing location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.- It took only 15 minutes to walk to Udaletxea bus stop.

During trip everything was amazing and we would have stayed for longer. It had a stunning and particularly good location so close to the rocky mountains as well as a pretty church. It also was in the restaurant on the left.

The hotel was beautifully designed and the rooms were comfortable. The friendly service provided by the staff was a standout feature during my stay. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location, just a short distance from the airport, made it convenient for travelers.

The difficulty in reaching the hotel without a car. Although a taxi arranged by the hotel was able to pick me up from a nearby town, it would have been more convenient to have better transportation options available.

Our stay was next to a charming church in a small Basque village with lovely views. The room was comfortable and there was a good breakfast. We enjoyed walking around the village and found some nice restaurants. The hotel was close to the motorway and easy to find.

The view of the rocky mountains across the valley to the charming church in the very charming village called Garai is breathtaking. The basic amenities are just what you need, and the rooms on the top floor with a view on the hills are perfect for small families with a baby. Plus, the breakfast is excellent, and the attentive staff make the stay all the more enjoyable.
